No. The mat and amplifier arrive paired and ready to run. Connect them, open the ElementZX app to choose a program, and start your session — nothing else to buy or set up.
The mat is 70 × 28 inches and about half an inch thick, sized for an adult to lie on full-length. It lies flat on a bed, couch, or floor and weighs about 19 pounds, so it's easy to move and store between sessions.
Frequency, intensity, and program are all set on the included Mini Element amplifier through the ElementZX app. The mat itself is a passive applicator with no controls of its own — pick a program in the app, start it, and lie down.
Spot-clean the cotton Bull Denim surface with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air-dry. Don't soak it, machine-wash it, or put it in a dryer.
Because the mat is a personal-contact item, it's sold as a final sale and can't be returned once it ships, for hygiene reasons.
The Mini Element amplifier can be returned if it's undamaged, in original condition, and includes all original components and packaging. Returns are subject to inspection and approval.
The system is covered by two separate warranties: 5 years on the Mini Element amplifier and 3 years on the mat, both against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll sort out a repair or replacement.
The system ships via UPS, typically within 24 hours, and usually arrives in 3–5 business days within the continental United States. Cost is calculated at checkout.
