How the guarantee works
If you are not satisfied, you may request your money back within 30 days of delivery, less return shipping, original shipping charges, and a 10% restocking fee. Approved items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
Not covered by the guarantee
PEMF mats (unless defective) and [any other exclusions].
Conditions
Products must be in good working condition with all original components, accessories, and packaging. Missing or damaged components will be deducted at replacement cost. If you choose store credit or an exchange instead of a refund, the restocking fee is waived.
Defective or damaged on arrival
Sentient Light covers return shipping and will provide a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping. Please report damage within 7 days of delivery.
How to request your refund

- Get authorizationWe will send an authorization and shipping instructions. Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.
- Receive your refundOnce we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
