Sentient Light offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on most products, allowing customers to request a return within 14 days of delivery if they are not satisfied; however, non-defective PEMF mats are non-returnable and are excluded from this guarantee. To qualify for a return, the product must be in good condition and returned with all original components, accessories, and packaging. Sentient Light reserves the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund. For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds should succeed within 14 days.
If a product is defective or arrives damaged, Sentient Light will cover return shipping and the original shipping cost may also be refunded. Customers may be eligible for a replacement or full refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment after the returned item is received and inspected, and customers must contact Sentient Light with their order number, product name, and reason for return to initiate the process.
